Ok, means well
Support from management
They keep passing you off like a football to other mgrs. therefore, your on your own
Employees got it together but when mgrs get involved, it's total chaos
Freedom to work independently
Most of the time cuz they don't let you have any help when your seriously back logged w/work
None, only between mgrs
Attitude towards older colleagues
A lot of kids work there. Know it alls, think they know everything and not respectful
Only if they like you. Only way to move up.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay way way way to low for one person doing the job of 3 employees. Company wants to cut costs by working you to the bone.
Office / Work Environment
Go hand in hand.
Stuffy, dusty dirty
To outsiders it seems excellent. But to work there, mgrs don't have clue to what they are doing. They make crap up day to day.
They praise you one day and the next your out the door. Seen this happen 3 times.
Only front door
They think they pride themselves in this area, but trust me, they have meetings, walk around to each station and do not do anything about resolving safety issues even when you bring it up and personally show them safety violations
A monkey can do it.

- Have 2 shifts. One full time, the second part time. Remember work life balance??!!

No communication whatsoever. To many chiefs, mgrs don't have a clue to manage people.
