Support from management

Management is very disconnected and negative. There had been some good managers there previously but they are no longer there.

Teamwork

There isn't a sense of teamwork. It's very sink or swim on your own. There is little trust there.

Internal Communication

Communication is a huge issue, lack of it that is.

Career Development

Unless you are very good friends with upper management, there is little chance for advancement.
