Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize employees for outstanding performance no matter what position the person works in. Give raises for deserving employees. HWI has 8 million dollars to spend on a new press, money to paint the entire inside & outside of the building but hasn't given most of the employees a raise for several years. Yet these are the same employees that stuck with them thru the bad financial times that included two separate pay cuts and lots of layoffs that left these same employees doing the jobs of 2 or 3 people!
What I like about the company
Most of my co-workers are awesome. The department I work in works as a team.
