Train yourself. No structured training.
Whatever the minimum was for OSHA, that's what was done.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat all workers fairly. Management should motivate people to work together. Training should be provided for managers with no people skills or previous experience.

Unprofessional managers. Rules and regulations not consistently applied. Depressing work atmosphere.
