Suggestions for improvement
- Ability for employees to feel safe voicing their opinions and concerns.
This is the major downfall of the company, in my honest opinion. Many employees, especially those on the lower tiers, are underpaid. Other banks and credit unions in the area pay better, according to survey.
Absolutely Not. She never had time to help concerning any issues that you may have. When asked, she would answer the phone rudely, "WHAT" and you would her her sigh.
Absolutely Nothing! The Main Street Branch was HORRIBLE! Not only to the employees but also to the members!
