Suggestions for improvement
- Same as before, better training for customer service on how support staff operate. This would help them understand why things need done a certain way.
What I like about the company
The CEO knows most of us by name. I always feel valued and important because he takes the time to learn about the employees.

We need better training for customer service staff on understanding how support staff operate.
