Support from Management
I got no support from upper level management. my supv lied about me and they would not let me defend myself.
i was criticized by supervision because i had negotiated a good rate.
criticized by co workers as a "typical man" then acted as if joking.
Suggestions for improvement
- management needs to spend more time in the clinical setting. All the clinicians are turned off by managers that come in and get on the computer and crunch numbers. there needs to be a focus on quality care not just the numbers.
