Suggestions for improvement
- I suggest that they spend a little extra money on more nursing staff so when turnover happens the nurses left behind are not overworked and exhausted.
What I like about the company
I liked the PTO, work hours and support by management if needed.
What I dislike about the company
I did not like how they treated their nursing staff. They paid them salary and most worked over 50 hours a week on a regular basis.
