Freedom to work independently
Owner steals qualified customers from sales staff for himself and rarely gives corporate-generated leads to his sales staff. As a result, sales personnel gets less commission, losses spiffs, loses corporate points.
What I dislike about the company
The owner never affirms his employees. Communication is poor. Feedback is rarely positive. To his defense, the owner started the dealership by himself and is capable of doing every task (sales, mechanic, etc)... therefore no employee can do things as well as he.
