Suggestions for improvement
- I would have a better moral , with positive feedback. Possibly incentives for the employee, perhaps a bonus system. In the field of dentistry especially pediatrics, its important for assistants to stay calm and be kid friendly, because children pick up on the bad vibes. When this happens the kiddos then have a bad dental visit, which leads to a bad review, which leads to bad business. I think it's utmost importance to take care of the employees who in return will take care of the business.
What I like about the company
I made great relationships and enjoyed the patient interaction. My manager was very hard working and was very supportive. I felt my role was important to providing quality patient care, which is important to me.
What I dislike about the company
I disapproved of the wages, which is about 6 dollars below average. The long hours took a toll on the employees especially come payday. I would say that working hard is not the problem, however the lack of aprecciation is what took a toll on a lot of employees.
