Suggestions for improvement
- I would redo the entire phone system, and upgrade most of the slow turtle computers. It once took 45 minutes for my computer to start up in the morning.
What I like about the company
The company is incredible. I’ve seen almost all workers go above and beyond to help customers and coworkers. The management is incredibly helpful, and even the president of the bank will walk around and make sure everyone is doing okay. It’s an extremely wonderful environment with understanding people and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to work.
What I dislike about the company
i feel sometimes the customer gets a backseat when it comes to the phone service. But they are working to improve this.
