Suggestions for improvement
- Give employees more money. Really nothing else to change.
There is some team work involved within the team itself but once someone get's the supervisory title they patronize and belittle you every chance they get.
They expect you to be a paper pusher. If you are anything else, please I'm telling you look for another position.
No growth, period. I was told people stay there for a year/ year and a half and people start looking for new opportunities. Paper Pusher, seriously. Look for a new career path.
