The managers are hardly ever seen or heard from in the rides department. They also do not provide much information on policy changes.
I get a feeling that there is a lack of communication between supervisors and management. The management also does not provide a lot of information to employees on policy changes.
Management does not provide much information about new policies or changes to policies which makes it difficult to express the changes to guest and follow the new policies consistently. The scheduling department and the rides department do not always communicate changes to each other well.
