OVERALL GOOD CULTURE IF IT WAS FOLLOWED
THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT TEAMWORK IS.
COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE ON ALL LEVELS
MANAGEMENT FAVORS THE OUNG CROWD FOR MANAGEMENT CARERS. 35 AND UNDER YOU ARE FINE. ANYTHING AFTER THAT, THEY WONT CONSIDER YOU.
OLDER NO......YOUNGER ALWAYS...SO MUCH TALETN IS NOT APPRECIATED. THEY RATHER TRAIN SOMEONE THAN HIRE AN OLDER TRAINED PERSON. THEY LIKE TO ABUSE THE YOUNG WITH PLENTY OF HOURS WITH LOW PAY
