The manager's are all new, need to be trained by HOURLY EMPLOYEE'S and then the manager's are turned loose!

That's the only way we worked! On your own, lie to customers and make as much money as possible, no matter what it takes!!!
From management to car cleaner's, nobody share's any information about anything or anyone. It's word of mouth only. Most of the time it's correct, sometimes it's wrong.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Shoot, Hertz fired a senior vice president at HQ, fired director's and in a wonderful April fools day, fired 10 people from the RSW airport in Fort Myers FL!
Move you up only to let you go......
Overall compensation for your work
Work your ASS OFF, answer calks/email on your off time and still get let go at the end
Office / Work Environment
I got called in for overtime, ended up working 3 months of 6 day work week's! No thanks or respect or rewards.
HQ works very hard at this, but it's all a LIE
You'd have more security working as a SECURITY GUARD than working at Hertz!!!
I got hit by 3 vehicles as a Security Agent at RSW airport, not once did management write a report or file worker's comp paperwork!
Not really, a chimp could do this job!!!
Inclusive / Diverse
HQ does these "out reach" and "community support" activities, but it's all smoke and mirrors! Estero FL bought the rights to the civic center and wanted to paint it Hertz yellow, the whole building. Public was in an UPROAR and Hertz agreed to paint some of it Hertz yellow! Hows that for community support??
