Support from management
Poor supervision by top administrators. Disorganized and lack of leadership skills.
Suggestions for improvement
- Follow your own principles and show compassion for your employees. Treat all as equals and don't play favorites.
What I like about the company
It started good, higher administration talked about support and open communication, but that quickly changed. The tour the PRICE principle, but do not follow it with thier employees.
What I dislike about the company
In it for the money plan and simple. They could care less about tudent concerns or feelings, it's about brining them in and getting their money. Proud to be a non profit, but that's just a mask on what they are really about.
