You were given goals that were not realistic without a solid leadership in place to supportnyhe staff.
Suggestions for improvement
- Focus on the quality of students which will generate the revenu they desire. Than compensate the staff for their long hours and days coming in to make sure their students not just start but stay and graduate. Understand that as admissions advisors we are mothers, father, friend, sister etc to SOME of these people. WE believe enough in them that they find the drive and motivation. To try this thing call education again. Doing this all while still being a full-time parent, husband, wife and so many other the bff vs and challenges we face. Maintaining a 3.0 GPA to stay in school.
What I like about the company
It started out great considering In work for them for almost 10 yrs. They want you to achieve goals of a vision that they were too discounted from to realize that no one would benefit at the end but the company. YES, SOME of their students did graduate but there was no real support to assist them with pursuing their careers. WE were told to mislead them to get the to enroll into the university
What I dislike about the company
It is a great school that off great programs. The leadership isn't focus on quality but quantity.
