Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be sweeping changes in the management levels. Frankly, starting over fresh with brand new people might be beneficial to the company. Also, salaries need to be radically increased to retain talent.
What I like about the company
Benefits are really good. Lots of vacation time, health insurance is excellent coverage for a relatively small employee contribution, dental and vision are also available and cheap.
What I dislike about the company
Higher management does not communicate well with anybody about what's going on. There is a lot of favoritism with people who are 'best buds' with managers getting special treatment even if it damages the rest of the department. If you're not in the clique then you will be ignored. Salaries are pathetically low and yearly raises equally pathetic. Feels like corporate is trying to see how much they can squeeze out of you without compensating fairly.
