I work now as a substitute and don't feel real connected like I did we I worked as a full time employee.

Yes for the most part. The climate is controlled elsewhere so sometimes we can be cold or hot in the classrooms

I am an instructional Assistant sub and it isn't challenging at all.

Yes they do this well also. Value and listen to others opinions

- Give a more fair chance to employees trying to move to different job titles.
What I like about the company
I was treated fairly and made to feel like I mattered. They had different employee appreciation lunches and gifts occasionally.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like that you are pretty much locked into a specific job. I was never able to move into a different department which was what I was trying to do so I retired and work as a substitute
