Suggestions for improvement
- treat the employees better, pay them better. allow draw forgiveness when times are hard. stop having so many sales and allow the sales to be more exclusive and inviting. allow the stores to bring in their own stock suggestions because not all areas have the same tastes. advertise better not more. raise the commission percentages to allow for leniance towards price matching and coupons. add coupons into the system so the sales staff doesn't have to cut into their commission percentage to add them.
I like about the employer
the management staff at the store level is awesome, they are very supportive and reassuring. they understand that times are hard, however they have their hands tied by corporate to do anything about it.
