Support from management
Management really needs to understand that they need to be a role model. There is zero leadership and no one is comfortable going to management for help.
Teamwork doesn't exist. It's very much a "every person for themselves" environment.
Company preaches about communication but it does not exist. Customer orders are frequently not placed at all due to communication.
Women are treated with hostility, often verbally abused.
No room for advancement.

Below average pay. Zero benefits - no PTO, no health, no vacation days, some holidays, no 401k. Employees are also responsible for paying own taxes at end of year.
Office / Work Environment
Uncomfortable. Borderline dangerous. If you have allergies or asthma, stay away!
Green does not exist. Company goes through paper more than water. Zero recycling.
Typical business hours. If you need time off, only need to give two weeks notice in advance. If there's an emergency, you risk losing your job.
Management will often say all employees are expendable.
