Not a bad job but I'd have to often buy my own supplies and get held over a lot. But they're a good family

Company Culture

Good benefits, good pay, poor treatment of staff

Internal Communication

Sometimes you just have to figure it out on your own

Office / Work Environment

You have to put in a request to have even the air conditioning turned on

Work-Life Balance

You get held for double shifts often

Suggestions for improvement

  • Provide all necessary tools to safely and thoroughly do job. Have supervisors show compassion to understaff with medical requests for time off.

What I like about the company

The other staff look out for you and treat you like family

What I dislike about the company

The supervisor not providing the tools needed to safely and successfully do my job so I have to spend my own money to get them or I'll be written up.
