What appeared to be honest evaluations of my work, was really deceptive. I don't think management can be trusted here.
Zero communication from management, which essentially cost me my job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Be honest, and work with your new employees to help them succeed. I put a great deal of effort into the orientation, and it was all for nothing.
What I like about the company
Great camaraderie among the staff on the second shift. Hard work but we worked as a team of nurses, and helped each other out when necessary. Great work...loved the guests and working with them to make them healthy again.
