Suggestions for improvement
- Care more about the people that keep your company going. Stop the favoritism and because an equal opportunity employer, meaning give everyone a chance to thrive. Be accountable for your mans meant team and their attitudes of superiority when they cause issues in the office.
I like about the employer
The compensation was great when my was not being withheld.
I dislike about the employer
They don't value employees. You are simply a number. You health and well being mean nothing to the company. HR works with management and if you ever have an issue they will go to extreme lengths to insure your demise. If you have a problem being insulted or of a mature mindset...this is not the place for you. It's high school for adults with benefits and extreme favoritism.
