Company cares about their employees.
Support from Management
Management is good about pushing back on unreasonable deadlines and taking care of their employees.
There's a little bit of siloing, i.e. not everyone is aware of what their colleagues are working on and how it could relate to their own work.

Management trusts employees to work independently.
Company is getting better, but they haven't been great at communicating promotions within the department.
