Overall compensation for your work
Pay was poor for having children's lives in employees hands, also poor compensation for dealing with behavioral children!
What I like about the company
I was able to take time off for family matters if needed.
What I dislike about the company
Pay was poor for high level of work, no communication from supervisors and directors on program changes. Asked for options of employees but still went with original plan even if it wasn't right for the program.
