Suggestions for improvement
- Diversity and inclusion programs, change agent courses, create an environment of change
There isn't any kind of recognition for anyone that goes above and beyond their normal daily tasks.
The supervision is all about the good ole boy club. Does not care if they put too much work on one employee will others get away with almost everything
There is no team work at HillPhoenix it is like everyone for themselves just as long as they are not getting into trouble.
