Upper management is more interested in bonuses and being below budget they have put the general public in danger.
Support from management
They may talk about it. But there is no follow through.
Teamwork between co-workers is why the general public does not know how dire the situation truly is
Freedom to work independently
You are in a very structure regulated area.
Very lacking from upper management.
Not an real issue.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Considered experience, But must be able to be in a fast pace environment,
Not a lot of advancement opportunities.
Overall compensation for your work
Still not matched in salary to outside agencies.
Office / Work Environment
Office works better when the management let the supervisors do their job. Current situation is the supervisor works as a coworker due to staffing.
Inner office is family like.
They overwork and create a stressful work environment to a already stressful postion.
Image is public opinion.
It you can handle the demands it is very secure
There could be improvements that has been asked but not followed through
Very secure in the building.
With every call you never know what will happen.
Inclusive / Diverse
