Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management needs to really listen to the day to day struggle of residential and school employees
No decisions or clear direction were never given. Everyone had there own set of standards verse just one .
Has employees we all relied on each other.just because of lack of direction
Are department was always last to know.
I enjoy helping family in need
big gap between reality of day to day work and expectation of leadership
Management needs reality check of what it is like in the trenches. Offering breaks to people who are not able to take these breaks shows this lack of understandinl
