No leadership training! Management would engage in conflict occurring through hotel. They would find ways to make you feel you are not and will never be as smart as them.
VERY Poor communication skills. You can go to one member of management as a question and go to the next and get a completely different answer. Never consistent on communicating on daily activities and/or upcoming events occurring.
