Suggestions for improvement
- The entire board, and upper management staff needs complete restructuring. The board instills a very negative outlook and culture, and the upper management staff ensures negative outlook and culture are heavily inflicted against all non-management employees.

I dislike about the employer
Poor communication; employer promotes "family atmosphere", but one is never treated as "family"; employees are unwilling to retain and learn basic IT skills and tasks; expectation of working more than 40 hours without expectation of overtime pay; employee trust is non-existent - employees' opinions and knowledge to fix school infrastructure issues are discounted by management whether the employee is right or wrong.
