Fairness was NOT a quality at Hilton Rosemont, favoritism is. Those that are part of the click are accepted.

- A better hiring practice for top corporate leaders.
What I like about the company
Location, clientele, benefits, the learning experience as a Corporate property and all that Hilton stood for plus all of the courses offered on line.
What I dislike about the company
Sorry, it's not the company but who is hired as top managers. All the excitement and enthusiasm built up and feeling proud was destroyed by top leaders that show favoritism, instill fear and lack of respect.
