The culture is very laid back yet, highly professional
That depends on the manager and their managing style. Some managers are more hands off while others help you grow
It was a pleasure working with the team I was assigned to as well as others outside of my team.
No one there micromanages a project or the lead on the project. They advocate independence why having an open door policy if you had any questions.
