Suggestions for improvement
- The company should enforce a layered management approach for staffing purposes to make sure the work load is reasonable. They should also do the same for proper equipment spending.
What I like about the company
With so many locations there is always room for advancement and change of scenery.
They are constantly looking for ways to improve their offerings to employees.
What I dislike about the company
Work life balance is off for certain rolls. Every company nowadays ask you to do more with less to show how profitable they are. Then they tell you that you need to take time off but you cant because there is not enough management in place for proper coverage.
