Suggestions for improvement
- Actually make reporting an anonymous complaint or concern to the comply line anonymous. They are not.
- Reporting an anonymous compliant to the comply line is NOT anonymous. Chairs in both HIMS departments are uncomfortable and are deteriorating. Office equipment is out dated and frequently breaks down. Maintenance, equipment repair and new equipment requests are put off on to the employees but they require a managers ok. So basically the employees can function without the current supervisor or director. We just need them to sign off on time cards so we get paid. Supervisors and directors need to have more discretion and professionalism.
I like about the employer
When I am allowed to do my job without very ludicrous micro managing.
