Suggestions for improvement
- Monitor managers interactions with his workers. Provide more realistic goals as far as production numbers. Utilize employees talents rather than automatically assign them to a task based on ethics and first appearance.
What I like about the company
Good meals on holidays, pays for part of your steel toe boots each year, provides the most expensive hearing protection on the market. You never feel like you didn’t earn your pay. Always all the hours you could possibly want.
What I dislike about the company
Popularity is more important than work ethic and dedication. Poor lighting and poor air quality is gendering production. Trying to make employees feel like a person and not just a number would really help morale.
