Support from management
From top of management to the lower positions they really don't have a clue. They really don't not appreciate the hard working employees that have come and gone.
Suggestions for improvement
- Consider the people you set in place to do a job to improve your company. Qualified people that know their worth will not stay and work for a company in the United States but treats their employees like just another body to put in place in a sweatshop. Just because the people from your native country come to work there doesn't make them any better or suitable for the job than someone who has proven and has credentials to back them.
What I like about the company
It has some really nice concepts of the ATV/UTVS they manufacture.
What I dislike about the company
I really disliked being told one thing before coming aboard the company and then something else transpires. There are not employee benefits as far as 401k or anything along those lines. The employees are treated poorly, raises are not really given or anything noticeable. Temp to hire means you will be temp until you find another job. A year and a half to be a temp when told 90 days, you will be a Hisun employee.
