There are many values mentioned however over time they have stopped emplementing them. The culture has become extremely petty and most employees I've spoken with feel targeted. Management searches exstensively to find reasons to document staff including hiding behind pillars to spy on personal conversations. Time away from work even when approved by one person on the management team can result in negative documentation and or termination depending on the mood of another team lead.
You are constantly asked for your input but once given you are met with excuses and eventually dismissed. Being vocal is asked for however can hinder growth into other roles
