Leadership does not set realistic goals for temporary employees. The manager also has no way to show the employees how to do the job under the unrealistic expectations because the manager is not capable of doing the work himself. I think if he could show employees how to do the job in set amount of time it would make the employees feel like it was possible to live up to what's expected of them.
There are a lot of little clicks in the warehouse and some people are treated better than others and others are treated poorly.
