There is no fairness. The union employees do as they will our they run to HR to file a complaint.
Support from management
The management team would be more effective if they would actually follow what they teach and preach during orientation and training--- but they don't.
There is no teamwork, most of the management team do their job individually with not much communication. ..
Freedom to work independently
The workload is not even fairly distributed-- the union employees seem to have the ability to NOT do as they are asked , leaving the other non-union people to do their work. There is no discipline and therefore the supervisors have no authority, making for a very stressful work environment full of animosity..
There is very little or no communication between management and employees.
There is chances for career development.. advancement opportunities are very few and are usually offered to new employees before tenured ones. ..
Overall compensation for your work
SAD.... VERY SAD... for such a huge company they pay very poorly which contributes to the high turnover. ..
Office / Work Environment
They are horrible !!
Employees are constantly denied time off, forced to change plans to suit the company. In my department I am expected to run my vacation or days off through my manager BEFORE I finalized my travel plans and berated of I call in sick.
I feel like my job can end at any time with no warning
