Bad. Employees hate coming to work, they fight with each other, lazy and the it is impossible to get rid of the bad employees.
Support from management
I had 1 other manager above me and gave me no support. My title was to oversee multiple restaurants. I never did that he kept me in one restaurant as if I was the Shift Manager. I also bartended, prepped, worked a register and on top of it had to do my work. I worked 14-15 hrs a day, plus went home to try to finish my work.
only a handfull of employees worked as a team. Most employees just finger pointed at each other.
This company takes full advantage of salary employees. Get ready to be stressed out, work 14hrs a day plus have a company phone where you will be getting call out calls at 4am.
The only reason why this company is so big is because they run Starbucks. If not they would not be as big as they are. they are a 4 billion dollar company, Starbucks brings in more then half of that.

Salary gets free meals and working inside the airport was fun.
What I dislike about the company
Impossible to get rid of bad employees. People NCNS all the time and thats ok. The point system they have for lateness is ridiculous. If your salary get ready to be short handed all the time.
At busy times in the restaurant I would be running around trying to turn tables over, help serve make drinks and my upper manager will pull me aside and ask me why an employee has his/her shirt tale out. Sorry at this moment sales are more important.
