I generally like the work environment, but rarely hear any praise for my work.
Support from Management
Conflicts are handled professionally, but the only ones involved in decision-making are management and supervisors
There are no major issues between employees working together at my location, but not everyone pulls their weight, leaving others to pick up the slack.
Working third shift, I often am left uninformed of policy changes, company happenings, new drinks, etc. Also there are no regular meetings and I can go many days in a row without seeing or talking to a manager.
