Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should be more involved. They do not know how bad the employees are treated in certain plazas. The company needs to know more of how the plaza managers treat the employees.
Just buying uniforms for the employees would raise employee moral.
Equal pay would be a good thing.
Fair managers would be nice instead of managers that go around yelling & cussing.
Have everyone be treated the same instead of playing favorites.
Make the workplace less of a prison & more of a nice place to work.
What I like about the company
The 401K plan is great. We are offered company match up to 3 %.
They offer flextime. So we can schedule days off & still use flextime instead of calling out.
What I dislike about the company
They say uniforms are provided but they never buy them.
They are very unfair when they make the schedule. They cut full time hours. How are fulltime people supposed to support their families?
They have 100’s of cameras to watch employees. It’s like a prison.
They work us like dogs. Manager hides in office.
