Suggestions for improvement
- Engage employee in the decision making process. Since the employees are the one that will most likely execute those decisions. Getting them involved during the discussion and dialog will further improve employee's morale and sense of "ownership" will continue.
What I like about the company
The company has a culture of ownership. Every employee is consider a "member owner" of the company. There is sense of belonging. Such sense of ownership is very important.
What I dislike about the company
The style of management seems to be "top-down" approach to me. My experience is that there is less collaboration; the decisions are made and only communicated with no input from employee.
