Suggestions for improvement
- They need an HR person that doesn't need 12 assistants to help them organize the staff. They would save $$$$ and still treat their employees with dignity
I like about the employer
Benefits regarding 401k and health benefits.
I dislike about the employer
Hoagland only cares about you as a number and what you can do for them. They do not consider their employees in a favorable atmosphere but I must say it's only been in the last 7 years that their employees are not held favorably
