Suggestions for improvement
- District managers need to be in a building more than once a month Regionals need to see a store more than 1 time a year Recognize those that need to be and don't keep the sheep that you can control
What I like about the company
Starts if very driven, then you become stagnant and forgotten about. Appears they are working on the diversity based on who they are hiring and promoting.
What I dislike about the company
No room for advancement bc the jobs are filled before you are aware they are open.
No wotk life balance
If your not in the click you don't exist
