Not enough team work.
Level of Autonomy
Work is not evenly distributed. Most work done on your own.
Not enough communication between management staff.or employees.
Equality is the only good thing.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They hire just to fill positions.
Absolutely no support or training for personal development.
