Some supervisors were fair in commending employees and others only commended their favorites. So it's a mix of good and bad.
Support from management
Some immediate supervisors were good but top management was terrible. Unreliable, unprofessional, only cared about covering themselves, unethical and very shady.
There were so many clicks among employees based on ethnicity and seniority. You have to do your best to blend in otherwise you'll be an outcast. Overall, once you get to know people, you can easily get along with them.
Freedom to work independently
Employees who have high seniority would order me to do almost most of the work so thank God I spoke up and put my foot down, said no and only did my part and left the rest for them. Otherwise I would have been a pushover for them.
Yes there were regular meetings and everything that managers or co-workers want you to know is conveyed in the meeting.
Yes women have the same career opportunities.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior workers were hired but not a lot and long serving colleagues are appreciated by an increase in their sick, personal and vacation time.

Overall compensation for your work
No wages and salaries do not match the responsibilities and once you get injured on the job , your salary is not paid on time. Mostly your medical bills are covered but compensation is very low so your forced to go back to work before you even heal properly
Office / Work Environment
Rooms and computers did match the given tasks and were up to date in most facilities.
The only environmentally friendly action that we did was use recycle bins in all the group homes.
Vacation days can be taken at any time and also can be denied if another employee has more seniority than you and is taking it at the same day as your request.
Some employees who have it good say good things but most of the ones who are taken advantage of do not say good things about the company.
once a department closes, you can lose your job to someone with more seniority than you

Yes diversity is promoted in terms of hiring people from various ethnicities but their opinions not so much
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to be seriously reviewed because they cover up a lot of mistreatment towards a lot of employees below management level.
What I like about the company
The clients that taught me be more patient with people and to live and love life. All the awesome co-workers that were supportive and caring towards me.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management needs.
