- Really evaluate the turnover rate and work with frontline managers to have a better grasp on what are appropriate decisions and reasonable for managers.

I dislike about the employer
The corporate level is disconnected from the working staff and they set unrealistic expectations with NO consideration for the employee. The company is also top heavy, with too many corporate positions resulting in cutting positions of those front line managers. Also the inability to use your vac/holiday time earned.
