Suggestions for improvement
- Scrap upper level management. It's a good old boys club where the high level female managers act like old white men in order to get ahead.
No fairness. No trust. Frequent retaliation and unethical buusness practices as well as open discrimination
Extremly hostel environment most supervisors and managers only help those they have a friendly personal relationship with.and activly seek to prevent those they dislike persoanly from advancing
Their.is teamwork amongst colegues of the same position.
