Suggestions for improvement
- Fire upper management and start over or retrain them
The president of the company is very rude unprofessional and always threaten employees
I liked there was plenty of work. Never out of work including overtime
I don't like how the management staff have favoritism. The degree/quality of your work is based on what manager liked you. Very judgmental of employees without rationale. Rude to the employees and disrespectful. Some don't understand your skill level and rather to identify your strengths and make you better they rather focus on your weaknesses in a negative manager. No coaching, training and no room for advancement. Advancement is not based on your skill, knowledge and experience but rather if the person who has the authority to make the advancement decision as to whether the like you or not. Most of the time a person is considered of interest and value to this company if they are running and telling the management staff something on another grown adult or if the person is always bringing gifts and food to feed the decision maker. I could go on and on after all the years I was there. This company just lost it's moral because of poor management.
