Culture has been issue for years. It will never improve, except if the place was closed.
Support from management
No support from top managers. Each dept. points to the other to blame. No backing from the top management. They want it done, period.
Little teamwork, but is within each dept. not spread throughout the company.
Freedom to work independently
Workloads are high for some employees but resources are thin for support
